     I cannot thank you enough for the fabulous event for my son's rehearsal dinner. It was all he had hoped for and more than he expected. Your colorful array of fresh foods and the elegant display were the talk of the party. When Jim asked for a simple barbeque, I don't think he was expecting all of the choices and selections. Actually, the next day there was still some discussion over what was best, the ribs or the tri tip. As you can tell, the success of the party was you and your company. Thank you for making this moment as memorable as the wedding. If ever I can recommend you to a client, please do not hesitate to use me as a reference.

     Somewhere in New England...The beach in Aptos was miraculously transformed: Tables covered with red and white clothes sat under the trees. A small rowboat was filled with ice and cold beer and wine. And a huge trough, lined with charcoal, was covered with a grill and topped with sparkling pots.
     What was in these pots? Fresh clams, Maine lobsters, Jumbo Prawns, Mussels, Red New Potatoes, and. Placed around the pots on the grill was Spicy Sausage from Corralitos Meat Market, Herbed Buttered corn in the husk chicken, dressed in barbecue sauce. A fresh green salad and French bread completed the menu.
     It was a great New England-style clambake catered by Tom Gainsborough and his Staff. Diners donned their plastic lobster bibs, picked up their claw crackers and enjoyed the lobster and its accompaniments with little grace but much gusto. This will be the third year Tom has catered our company summer fun day and his clambakes have become a much anticipated annual event!
